With the efforts of the loyal people of this country, the dream turned into a reality, and the idea came into existence as the members of the Preparatory Committee had a meeting with King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, and he, may God have mercy on him, expressed all support for the idea of the project and formed the founding committee of the university, headed by the late King Faisal and His Excellency the Minister of Education at the time, Hassan bin Abdullah al-Sheik.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Applicant’s Age Doesn’t Exceed (35) Years for PhD And (30) Years for a Master and 25 Years for a bachelor’s Degree.
- The Applicant Must Have a University Degree From an Accredited College or University and Should Have a Degree With “Very Good” at least.
- For Masters and PhD Degrees: An Approved Exam in English is required for an Applicant Whose First Language is Not English. The Approved Exams and Minimum Required Scores Are Listed Below:

- He Must Have a Record of Good Conduct and Must Be Medically Fit.
